Bridgewater is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Program Manager & Team Lead to design, run, and continuously improve talent programs across the investment landscape. This individual will set the vision for our programs in partnership with the Talent team, with direct responsibility to lead a small team (2-3 people) with the plan to grow into a management role. They will also be responsible for orchestrating strategic efforts across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.
This is a hybrid project and program management role : part strategic partner, part operator. You will translate high-level talent strategies into clear, scalable programs, build processes and tools to drive execution, and ensure the team is delivering against priorities. You will also serve as the day-to-day oversight for the team, providing coaching, setting direction, and ensuring smooth collaboration across initiatives, with the opportunity to formally manage.

We are looking for candidates with the following minimum qualifications :
Physical Requirements : The anticipated onsite requirement for this role is four days per week in our New York City campus, with occasional travel to our Connecticut office required.
Compensation : The wage range for this role is $175,000 - $225,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80-90% of this wage range.
