Base pay range

$30.00 / hr - $37.00 / hr

100% Remote.

Summary :

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create clear, concise, and comprehensive integration guides. Your work will ensure that our clients can seamlessly integrate our technology into their environments. You should have a technical background, with the ability to read and write basic sample code, as well as the capability to create detailed flowcharts and other visual aids to complement your documentation. Past Solution Engineers, Technical PMs with good writing skills welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to understand product features, integration points, and customer use cases.
• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality integration guides, API documentation, and technical notes.
• Develop sample code snippets and examples to illustrate integration processes.
• Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other visual aids to support and clarify written documentation.
• Ensure all technical content is accurate, clear, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to gather feedback on documentation and iterate on improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $30.00 - $37.00 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
