Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technical Writer to join our team in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, creativity, and excellent communication skills to create engaging and user-friendly content across various platforms. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality documentation, tutorials, and marketing materials, simplifying software usage and telecom concepts for a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Content Development : Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, API guides, technical specifications, and FAQs.
• Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns, showcasing the company's expertise and innovations.
• Work with technical teams to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear and concise content for users.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards to ensure timely and efficient content delivery.
• Participate in assessments to plan product releases and client readiness.
• Be curious about leveraging AI tools for content generation.
• Content Management : Use modern content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, GitHub) to organize and maintain content repositories.
• Implement search best practices to improve the visibility and reach of digital content.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all written materials are accurate, consistent with the company's tone and style, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Perform regular updates to existing content to reflect changes in products, services, or industry standards.
