General Responsibilities

Be the safety leader who makes a real impact. As a Regional Safety Specialist, you'll work directly with operations teams to champion a culture of safety, health, and environmental excellence across Terracon's South Texas Region. You'll ensure consistent application of our safety programs, provide expert guidance, and help fulfill our commitment to an Incident and Injury Free workplace.

• Offices in the Region include Corpus Christi, Laredo, Pharr, San Antonio and Seguin. You can be based in one of these offices.
• Blend of office / desk / computer work and lab / field work.
• Expect overnight travel primarily within the Region.
• High levels of communication skills and emotional intelligence are essential.
• Hands on experience and familiarity with our work and the construction industry are a plus.
• Must be able to work independently, set / meet deadlines and interact with wide range of personnel on a regular basis.
