What You Will Do
Join Johnson Controls as a Security Solutions Sales Leader and take charge of driving our cutting-edge enterprise security offerings to the forefront of the construction industry. You'll be the face of our advanced security technologiessuch as CCTV, card access systems, and integrated enterprise platformsworking closely with general contractors, electrical contractors, and consulting engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
While experience with fire systems like Edwards EST, Honeywell, or Simplex is valued, your primary focus will be on security innovationhelping clients protect their people, assets, and operations with confidence. You'll promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by offering strategic, technical, and business solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Salary Range : HIRING SALARY RANGE : $60,000-80,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
