Territory Manager- BBQ / Outdoor Living (PST / MT)

We are looking for a Territory Manager to manage all business facets of retail accounts including sales, administration, and communication for independent BBQ / Outdoor Living / Appliance retailers and select mid-size regional accounts in accounts that lie in PST and MT Time Zones. The Territory Manager will be expected to travel a minimum of 60-70% within the territory with overnights included (3-4 days per week).

The successful Territory Manager will be a self-motivated professional with solid accomplishments in sales, merchandising, training, and customer service processes. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate corporate strategies and develop tactical business plans to effectively manage and grow independent BBQ, Outdoor Living and Appliance retailers and select mid-size regional accounts.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Primary point of communication for customers.
• Maintain open communication with ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Management, Training / Merchandising team, Customer Service, Sales Planning / Analysts and Colleagues.
• Updates on individual account, advertising / marketing, space allocations and adjacencies, visual opportunities, assortment changes, forecast, customer meetings and competitive set.

Compensation : $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission.
