job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnsure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Project Execution Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director. Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets. Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements. Customer Experience Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results. Operational Duties Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director. Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing. 2-3 years of experience in construction and / or restoration is required. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints. Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. A valid driver\'s license in alignment with company policies. Employee Growth Plan—we promote from within! Location : Lynnwood, WA
Salary Range : $80k - $100k + Commissions
