General Manager Opportunity at Goldfish Swim School - Burr Ridge
Goldfish Swim School's mission is to teach children how to swim safely and enjoy the water while making their experience golden! We provide year-round, extraordinary swim lessons, in a child-friendly environment with small class sizes (4 : 1 student to teacher ratio), which offers the perfect amount of attention for children aged 4 months to 12 years old.
Role Description
The opening is for a full-time role as the General Manager of Goldfish Swim School - Burr Ridge. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality services, managing staff, all while maintaining a safe and positive environment for children and parents to come and learn this life-saving skill. Duties include, but are not limited to : supervising swim instructors, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role is on-site and located in the Greater Chicago Area.
