What Youll Do
As an Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter II, youll :
- Create Detailed Designs : Use CAD and BIM software to produce full-scale, detailed architectural designs based on the Design Directors schematics.
- Ensure Compliance : Study building codes and regulations to ensure designs meet all requirements.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines : Organize and integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs into cohesive plans.
- Draft Plans : Develop plans for right-of-way (ROW) work, grading, buildings, and structures based on input from engineers and design professionals.
- Conduct Site Visits : Gather data from job sites to inform and refine your designs.
- Coordinate with Officials : Interact with city and county officials to address permit plan-check comments and clarifications.
- Problem-Solve : Identify design flaws and make revisions as needed.
- Support the Team : Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.
