The Electrical Field Service Engineer (FSE) is a highly skilled field technician responsible for commissioning, troubleshooting, and supporting the safe operation of mission-critical electrical systems at customer sites. This role requires advanced electrical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and reliability. The FSE works closely with the Technical Writer to execute Methods of Procedure (MOPs), supports emergency response, and ensures all service meets Electric Code (NEC), OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards. FSEs must have their own tools, reliable transportation, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be able to pass a drug test and background check. We work in a highly professional environment, not a general construction jobsite. Professionalism is a requirement.
