Canteen, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available in the Chicago market. This position will focus exclusively on "new business" development as an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update territory database
• Develop territory strategy to maximize sales
• Make sales calls with prospective customers
• Identify problems customers are trying to solve
• Collaborate with Regional Vice President to achieve KPI's
