Gas Compression Systems, Inc. seeks a CNC machinist to support gas booster manufacturing operations in Bensenville, IL. Successful applicants will have a track record of solid performance and be quality and safety minded. Some previous experience operating Haas and / or Fadal VMCs will be preferred. Day to day activities will entail both manual and CNC activities. The machinist reports to the Shop Manager who outlines priorities and provides guidance. This is a position for experienced machinists, although candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and willing to accept instruction may also apply.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Follow OSHA rules and regulations for safety

Wear typical protection gear in an environment that contains noise, odors, and dust.

Verify specified dimensions and measurements of product or material

Requirements : Aptitude for Math and Problem Solving, Basic Computer Skills, Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
