Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Customer Success operational initiatives from strategy to execution
Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and enhance operational workflows
Build reporting and dashboards on key Customer Success metrics for leadership insights
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Technical proficiency in CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
Analytical skills to convert data into actionable recommendations
Experience in continuous improvement and process refinement
