What Were Looking For

A driven individual to be a Production Float to facilitate the fabrication of company products and custom orders.

What Youll Do

• Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor / team lead, you will operate machinery, hang products on our paint line and assemble and package products to facilitate daily orders.

What We Need From You

• Ability to operate machine without supervision
• Ability to complete minor machine set up
• Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
• Ability to read blue prints with minor assistance
• Quality assurance on parts and product
• Ability to identify errors in parts and make corrections
• Ability to keep pace with order standards and production expectations
• Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Operate power tools
• Select and wrap product in protective materials
• Box, crate or palletize and stretch wrap products for shipment
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications
• Ability to learn and perform multiple manufacturing processes
• Additional duties as needed.

Education / Experience And Must Haves

• 1 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
• Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
