Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations and management of studio and product photography
- Oversee the studio process for all products from obtaining, through photography, retouch, technical specifications, and upload to the content server
- Work closely with the Director of Search Excellence and other teams to ensure the images photographed are in line with business priorities and strategies
- Lead all functions within the studio and meet operational goals, metrics, and objectives
- Maintain awareness of where each product is in the process and ensure momentum until upload
- Anticipate changing priorities and implement plans to meet business needs
- Perform daily quality assurance on images to adhere to established standards
- Organize the photography stations and workflows in the studio for optimal efficiency and production
- Manage product upload and ensure accuracy of naming conventions for all images
- Continuously review processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce time to website
- Maintain process guidelines and communicate with all team members to ensure a consistent approach
- Work with minimum supervision and make independent judgments
- Be flexible to meet changing business needs and take on new responsibilities
- Maintain extreme confidentiality and trustworthiness
- Develop and maintain productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance
- Manage teams with integrity and ethical business practices in accordance with Mouser policies
- Direct the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent; provide performance recommendations including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination
- Manage daily operations to meet department and company objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of critical job functions and people management
- Assist management with development of results-oriented strategies

Skills & Certifications
Experience managing a team in a production photography environmentExperience managing day-to-day operations of a high-volume product photography studioExperience with tabletop still, 360 and 3D photographyExpert skills with image production software tools like PhotoshopExtensive experience editing product imagesAbility to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning and task delegation under deadlinesDynamic and agile approach to changing demands of a growing companyHighly organized in maintaining file structures, transfers, and storage of images; detail-oriented with ability to influence and prioritizeTeam player with self-confidence, assertiveness, and motivation to succeedPassion for product and exceeding expectationsAbility to quickly understand Mouser’s business systems, applications, and data sourcesEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years relevant experienceInternal candidates : Minimum 2 years as a Mouser Team Lead or SupervisorExternal candidates : Minimum 3 years as a supervisor or higher-level management positionExperience with Snap36 Photography equipment and Spin Me software or similar platformsKnowledge of various image file types and ability to transform files to needed formats (e.g., jpeg, png)About Us
