Required Skills :

• Associate’s degree (minimum education).
• 2+ years of experience with IT End User Support.
• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of experience with Printer Support.
• 2+ years of experience with Hardware / Laptop Support.
• 2+ years of experience with PC Imaging / Building.
