Roles / Responsibilities :
IT operations support functions include information security audit research, third party vendor coordination, asset management / inventory, imaging computers, contributing to the team's process / procedure documentation updates. Use of a ticketing system will be required to track all work.
Mandatory Skills :
- 2+ years of experience with IT End User Support
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Office Suite
- 2+ years of experience with Printer Support
- 2+ years of experience with Hardware / Laptop Support
- 2+ years of experience with PC Imaging / Building
Desirable Skills :
A+ CertifiedInformation Security ExposureOn-site / In-person IT SupportMS TeamsAsset ManagementHelp Desk Ticketing System (ITSM)Banking, finance, legal, judicial or accounting background would be a plus
