Legal Assistant (Corporate & Tax)

LHH is seeking a Legal Assistant (Corporate & Tax) to sit in our client's office in Tampa, Florida. Fully onsite. Salary DOE : $55,000 - $75,000.

• Must have a minimum of three years of current transactional experience in the corporate area
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Problem solving
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
• Possess a solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Prior experience with a document management system is a plus
