In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative engineering team focused on optimizing cloud infrastructure and automating deployment workflows for large-scale healthcare technology solutions. You will design, implement, and maintain cloud environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Working alongside developers and product teams, you’ll enhance CI / CD pipelines, drive automation initiatives, and support infrastructure reliability. This is a hands-on position where your technical expertise and leadership will help streamline development operations and empower teams to deliver top-quality software faster.
Accountabilities
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , and AWS services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform , Ansible , and related tools.
- Ensure proactive monitoring and observability using DataDog to detect and resolve issues effectively.
- Administer and optimize Kubernetes and containerized applications for improved scalability.
- Support Windows Server and IIS management, including SSL / TLS setup, patching, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly across multiple environments.
- Apply cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Drive developer enablement through self-service infrastructure tools, APIs, and automation workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.Strong hands-on expertise with AWS , including architecture, security, and cost optimization.Proficiency with Terraform , Ansible , Kubernetes , Jenkins , DataDog , and scripting in Python or Bash .Solid understanding of networking , cloud security , CI / CD pipelines , and Windows Server / IIS administration.Proven experience optimizing infrastructure for performance and scalability in production environments.Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.Excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams.Benefits
