The Senior Specialist, Community & Associate Experience plays a vital role in shaping a positive and engaging culture across retail locations and the corporate office. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives that support associate well-being, volunteerism, and corporate social responsibility.
Responsibilities :
- Support the operations of Build-A-Bear Foundation
- Achieve goals and tasks set forth by the Board of Directors
- Manage Hearts & Hugs Fund – select donation recipients, ensure timely deliveries, and achieve donation goal numbers
- Communicate marketing of Build-A-Bear Foundation and other cause marketing programs
- Create associate experience events
- Execute rewards and recognition programs across the organization
- Facilitate onboarding program for corporate associates
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED equivalent2-4 years experience in non-profit or eventsProficient in Microsoft Office, Teams & SharePointStrong organizational and multitasking skillsP referred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree - Human Resources or CommunicationsExperience in development or fundraising at a non-profit organizationBehavioral Traits for Success :
