Overview
Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking an experienced System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to serve as the Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the Strix Blue RF Sensor Product Center (RFSPC) program. The role provides technical leadership in test planning, subsystem and system test coordination, reporting, and customer engagement.
What You Will Be Doing
The Strix Blue Deputy IPT Lead will work with the Chief Engineer, Program Manager, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement the Integration and Test (I&T) strategy, build flow, roadmap, and deployment of future capabilities to program adopters. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing I&T activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. This position reports programmatically to the Strix Blue IPT Lead. The role requires excellent leadership and the candidate is expected to work under general supervision.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 5 years of professional experience. Considered an emerging authority.
- At least 5 years of experience in Integration and Test with a focus on RF Sensor Systems
- Experience with test planning, test execution, and test reporting
- Hands on experience with RF test equipment; spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters
- Final Secret Clearance required to start
