Who We are Looking for :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you'll be managing financial processes, contributing directly to our efficiency and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities :

• Accounts Payable Management : Accurately register all accounts payable invoice payments within SAP, our enterprise resource planning system.
• Credit & Collections Leadership : Manage incoming customer payments and lead our credit management process to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Financial Close Support : Provide essential assistance during month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, contributing to timely and accurate financial statements.
• Expense Report Approval : Review and approve expense reports efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
• Mileage Program Oversight : Support the business mileage log program, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and compliance.
• Account Reconciliations : Perform regular and thorough account reconciliations to maintain the integrity and accuracy of our financial records.
• Reporting & Analysis : Assist in comprehensive sales and cost reporting and analysis and create and update various vital monthly financial reports.
• Stakeholder Relations : Cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with both our valued customers and vendors.
