• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.\n
• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.\nSupervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.\n
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.\n
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.\n\nQualifications\n
• Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.\n
• CPR certification\n
• ACLS within 1 year of hire\n
• CRRN certification preferred (If you dont have it, we can help you to obtain it!)\n
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.\n
