Business Application Supervisor

The Business Application Supervisor will lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who provide support and strategic guidance for key enterprise applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, ERP systems, and other business-critical platforms. This role ensures high-quality support, efficient operations, and alignment with business goals by overseeing the daily activities, performance, and development of the SME team. This position gathers feedback from primary business application projects in flight to continually identify process constraints and propose improvements and solutions. This position is also responsible for creating & maintaining platforms for resource utilization reporting, projections, training, and assisting with the hiring process for the Business Application Support team.
Minimum Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience : 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Travel : 10-25%
Work Schedule : Typical work hours are between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Monday Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
