JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our human resources team. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and assisting in the development and management of employee relations programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. - Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries as needed. - Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking participation. - Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting initiatives. - Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. - Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or workforce planning. - Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. - Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
