Engineer II - Upper Village

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Engineer II to join our team at a leading property management company. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance across a portfolio of residential or commercial properties. Key duties include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, conducting property inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in general building maintenance.

Duties Include

• Handle a variety of maintenance tasks including HVAC and plumbing repairs, responding to guest room requests through ALICE, and performing hot tub checks, repairs, and water chemistry maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

Our ideal candidate brings 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, with strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. Proficient with tools, digital work order platforms, and documentation, you excel at troubleshooting, managing multiple tasks, and delivering high-quality, safe repairs. Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused, you communicate clearly, work well with teams, and take pride in maintaining properties to the highest standards. English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
