Ascension Global Staffing & Executives Saerch is seeking a bilingual Immigration Partner to join our client's Tax practice group in the Miami office.

The ideal candidate for this position will have 8+ years of immigration experience practicing in a law firm.

• This position will entail working closely with other partners and senior associates on employment-based (temporary and permanent) and family-based immigration petitions and applications.
• This candidate will represent the firm’s clients before the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service), as well as consular and other government authorities in the processing a variety of visas including E-2 Treaty visas for investors and managers, O-2 visas for extraordinary ability, and L-1 intracompany transferee for executives, managers and specialized knowledge visas.
• Qualified candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, and a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.
• A portable book of business is required.
