Job Description

  • Supports the Preconstruction process from client management to estimates.

\n

  • Works with the Groups Leaders to pursue, acquire, and maintain new and existing clients.

    • \n

  • Presents deliverables to the owner in a complete and organized manner, per the governing documents that are included from the requirements of the owner / client.

    • \n

  • Supports the preparation of the preconstruction schedule.

    • \n

  • Ensure we are adhering to contractual requirements and strategically meeting overall goals by understanding preconstruction and construction contracts and applying knowledge to assigned project.

  • 5+ years of Preconstruction Experience (open to estimating background)

    • \n

  • Construction related degree

    • \n

  • Experience working on $10M - $15M commercial projects

    • \n

  • Strong communication skills

    • \n

  • Self-starter, driven individuals

    • \n

  • Ability to perform against tight deadlines

    • \n \n

  • Base Salary up to $145,000

    • \n
