What You'll Do
Own a litigation docket (contested / uncontested divorce, custody / visitation, child support, legitimation, TPOs, post-judgment).Lead client strategy from intake to resolution : case plans, discovery, depositions, mediation, hearings, and trial.Draft and argue motions, briefs, and orders; prepare financial affidavits, equitable division analyses, and parenting plans.Collaborate with your team to maintain stellar client communication.Mentor junior team members when helpful; contribute to improving our SOPs and checklists.Uphold deadlines, ethics, and courtroom decorum; represent the firm's reputation with pride.What Success Looks Like Here

Georgia Bar in good standing with 5+ years of focused family-law litigation (more is welcome).First-chair experience in hearings / mediations.Excellent writing and courtroom advocacy; strong financial acumen for support / equitable division.Organized, proactive communicator who partners well with paralegals and clients under pressure.Comfort with practice tech and curiosity to improve systems (templates, checklists, workflows).Compensation : $100,000 - $130,000 yearlyJ-18808-Ljbffr
