Food & Beverage Operations Manager - Aventura Catering Phoenix Convention Center

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Aventura Catering at the Phoenix Convention Center, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service across bars, concessions, and catering operations.  This role requires a dynamic leader who can adapt to a wide range of events?such as corporate events, conferences, public events, and private receptions?while ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The manager will lead a team in delivering high-quality experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and support business growth.

COMPENSATION : The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.?

Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Model strong leadership and reinforce company mentorship and recognition practices.
• Conduct team meetings, daily huddles, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Maintain accurate staff records including training, scheduling, and performance data.
