Key Responsibilities

Build and execute strategies for effective talent acquisition to meet client expectations

Lead a global team and provide direction to Marketing and Sourcing teams to scale the talent acquisition funnel

Collaborate with various teams to optimize the talent supply chain and ensure alignment with company objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Experience managing a successful global talent acquisition team sourcing international freelance / contract talent

Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize forecasting tools for strategic direction

Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks for talent acquisition across diverse verticals

Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a track record of achieving KPI expectations
