Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from planning to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Mentor and guide junior team members to promote professional growth.
