Job Summary

Lead extraordinary experiences in one of the NFL's most iconic stadiums! As a Banquet Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of catered events, ensuring flawless service and memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with culinary and operations teams to deliver high-quality events that reflect both the prestige of Arrowhead Stadium and Levy's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage banquet operations from planning through execution and post-event review
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure quality and timeliness
• Supervise banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Partner with clients to understand event requirements and exceed expectations
• Monitor budgets and control costs while delivering exceptional service
