The unit is backed by a dedicated medical staff and pediatric coverage by a Board Certified provider.\n\nHow You'll Contribute\n\nIn this vital role, you will : \n
- Perform thorough patient assessments to identify needs\n
- Initiate and execute appropriate nursing interventions\n
- Deliver age-appropriate care tailored to each patient's condition\n
- Document medical necessity promptly and accurately\n
- Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\n

- Basic Life Support (BLS)\n
- Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of hire\n
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire\n
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within six (6) months of hire\n
- One (1) year of recent Labor & Delivery experience\n
- Recent RN experience\n
