Job Title : Metal Plater / Line Operator ( will train the right candidate - read full description before applying )

Shift :

1st Shift : 5 : 00am-3 : 00pm Monday-Thursday + OT as needed

2nd Shift : 3 : 00pm-1 : 00am Monday-Thursday + OT as needed

• Training may involve taking (and passing) courses online that focus on chemicals, their properties, and understanding various metals.
• The Company follows strict security protocols that include securing (lock up) personal mobile devices and access is only allowed during authorized breaks and in authorized areas.
• Attendance is critical to our success and it is tightly managed.

Position Overview

As a Metal Plater / Line Operator , you will prepare parts, operate plating equipment, and ensure quality coatings to protect and improve components. No experience is required —just a willingness to learn and a commitment to quality and safety.

Shift (4 day work weeks) & Wage :

1st Shift : 5am - 3pm, Monday - Thursday ( + OT as needed) $24.00 / Hour

2nd Shift : 3pm - 1am, Monday - Thursday (+ OT as needed) $26.00 / Hour

(Reviews : 60 days and 6 months, then twice a year, which may come with a rate increase, providing the employee meets company and performance standards)

Signing Bonus : $1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
