A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Document Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, providing direction on complex projects and initiatives
Provide coaching and mentoring, identifying development opportunities and supporting performance growth
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years in lieu of degree)
5+ years of experience with qualified retirement plan documents or related compliance roles
Expertise in the rules and regulations governing retirement plans (401(a), 401(k), 403(b), 457(b))
Experience with document generation systems and supporting regulatory plan restatements
ASPPA or related industry designations such as QKA, QKC, and TGPC required
