Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers serving over 1,100 mid-market customers
Drive adoption, retention, and expansion strategies to meet NRR and churn targets
Utilize customer success platforms to monitor customer health and guide data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Success leadership within a SaaS environment
Strong people management skills with experience in hiring and building teams
Proven track record of driving retention and achieving NRR goals
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Expertise in customer success platforms; experience with Planhat is a plus
