Program Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Center (Electrophysiology)

Location : Concord, CA (occasional coverage in Walnut Creek)

Schedule : Full-Time, Day Shift

Employment Type : Permanent or Contract

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Cardiac Rhythm Center , focusing on electrophysiology procedures. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, support staff education, and help ensure procedural excellence and patient safety.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide clinical guidance for EP procedures, including ablations and device implants
• Plan and coordinate daily procedures, anticipating physician needs
• Optimize care processes, equipment use, and quality outcomes
• Educate and mentor staff on EP practices and standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to develop new programs
• Support research and quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of leadership in acute care, cardiac procedural, or surgical services
