A company is looking for a Customer Resolution Specialist that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Perform adjustments and contractual write-offs as applicable
Resolve customer service inquiries related to billing, payment issues, and authorization for treatment
Collect self-pay balances by contacting patients and arranging payment plans
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
Knowledge of government / non-government payer requirements and reimbursement rules
Familiarity with medical terminology and coding practices
Certification as a Certified Rev Cycle Rep (CRCR) is preferred
