Account Resolution Specialist

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist to assist students in managing their federal loan repayment obligations.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Resolution Specialist :

Conduct outbound calls to former students regarding past due loan accounts and repayment solutions

Counsel borrowers on repayment programs and document all interactions accurately

Collaborate with loan servicers and participate in outreach campaigns to reduce delinquency rates

Qualifications and Skills for the Account Resolution Specialist :

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

Previous experience in customer service or collections strongly preferred

Comfortable managing high volume phone interactions while multitasking on a computer

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate multiple systems

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote environment
