• Oversee daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and sales performance

• Drive sales by promoting Optimums internet and mobile solutions
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Analyze store metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Partner with marketing on local promotions and community outreach
• Stay current on new products, services, and technology trends

2+ years of retail or sales management experience

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Proven ability to hit sales goals

Passion for technology and customer engagement

High school diploma or equivalent required
