Director of Incident Management

A company is looking for a Director, IDD Incident Management and Quality Outcomes, Performance-Based Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of incident management, including reporting, investigation preparation, resolution, and preventive follow-up

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations, meeting or exceeding all reporting deadlines

Develop and deliver annual training on incident management for staff at all levels, including advanced investigation techniques

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in incident management and quality assurance in a healthcare or non-profit setting

Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement

Strong financial management skills, including budget development and oversight

Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to incident management

Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, for monitoring performance metrics
