We’re seeking an ambitious Chief of Staff to accelerate our founding team’s impact. This role combines tactical execution with strategic operations—your direct path to general management by defining our operational DNA as we scale.

About the Role

This isn’t just operations support—it’s your accelerated path to becoming a general manager while gaining exposure to startup scaling, strategic decision-making, and leadership development alongside proven entrepreneurs invested in your growth.

• Please note this role will be primarily remote but candidates must be based on the west coast, ideally in California, for crossover with the AU team

You’re a recent MBA graduate (or equivalent experience) with :
