Key Responsibilities :
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and leaves of absence via phone, email, and dashboard reports
Accurately document case details in ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with FMLA, state disability, family leave, ERISA, and Sick Policies
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
1-2 years of related HR or customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
