Ready to lead from the front? Step into an exciting dual role as Facilities Manager where you'll be the ultimate player-coach, driving operational excellence across a dynamic multi-city portfolio! Based at the bustling Millrock office in Salt Lake City with 1-2 weekly trips to the vibrant Main Street location, you'll also provide strategic oversight of facilities coordinators in Portland and Seattle. This isn't just about managing facilitiesyou're orchestrating workplace experiences, and will be the strategic single point of contact that keeps everything running seamlessly!

Check out some of your day :
- Lead and develop team members across multiple locations, providing coaching, performance management, and growth opportunities using tools like Workday and LinkedIn Learning
- Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance, workplace services, office management, and in-office events while implementing standardized processes
- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance through CMMS platforms like Corrigo and Jira, ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation
- Develop and manage annual budgets for both CapEx and operating expenses, tracking performance and identifying cost savings opportunities
- Process vendor invoices and support financial reporting including monthly accruals, variance reporting, and forecasting
- Manage vendor relationships and performance by monitoring SLAs, coordinating with Sourcing, and maintaining strong partnerships with landlords and building managers
- Serve as primary client contact hosting regular check-ins with Regional and Local Workplace Experience Managers while ensuring best-in-class service delivery
- Meet or exceed CSAT targets by developing action plans and ensuring JLL team alignment with client culture and expectations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and contractual commitments while maintaining detailed operational databases
- Conduct regular site assessments and coordinate remediation of identified issues while managing site-level playbooks
- Drive innovation and performance by implementing cost-reducing programs, monitoring KPIs, and participating in JLL innovation initiatives
- Foster cross-account collaboration by engaging local JLL networks and sharing best practices to demonstrate continuous improvement to clients
Here is who we are looking for :
Required
5+ years of facilities and workplace management experience with 2+ years in a people management roleProficiency with work order systems (CMMSs) and Google WorkspaceExperience using facilities ticketing tools and reporting systemsDemonstrate strong business acumen with financial planning abilities, and exceptional organizational and analytical skills.Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and team development skills with keen judgment on when to escalate issues.Apply analytical problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented, can-do attitude committed to operational excellence and creative solutionsPreferred
A bachelors degree or higherFMP and / or CFM certificationsProject management experienceExperience supporting financial technology, services, technology, or professional services clientsKnowledge of workplace health, safety, and compliance standardsPay $85,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary
