THE GIST :

Our client, a fast‑growing & established AI company, seeks a top‑notch Executive Assistant to support their General Counsel. This role will act as a trusted partner and extension of their executive while ensuring the smooth operations of their day‑to‑day administrative needs. The ideal candidate has supported senior & C‑level executives at a high‑growth and fast‑paced tech company.

THE NITTY GRITTY :

• Develop keen sense on how to best optimize executive's time & determine priorities
• Act as a stellar representative of the company & executive during all interactions
• Expertly coordinate executive's calendar, addressing any conflicting appointments and sending reminders
• Handle incoming & outgoing communications with confidentiality and urgency
• Spearhead a wide range of internal and external communications
• Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare itineraries
• Create presentations & decks, prepare deliverables, and distribute meeting materials
• Plan & execute company events and meetings
• Assist with other administrative functions and ad‑hoc projects, as needed

San Francisco (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

COMPENSATION :

$160K-$180K base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
