Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume interview coordination and executive scheduling logistics
Track and report on scheduling metrics and drive process improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders and support team performance in executive recruitment
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in recruitment coordination, with 4-6 years in senior / executive-level scheduling
Experience with ATS and scheduling tools (e.g., iCIMS, GoodTime)
Knowledge of HR processes and candidate experience best practices
Proven ability to mentor and support peers and junior coordinators
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
