What You'll Do

• Investigate candidate process strategies for high-voltage battery products
• Select and refine dispense methods and technologies
• Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to product designers
• Validate and optimize processes from prototypes to full-scale production
• Prototype and approve new methods, technologies, and suppliers
• Enhance knowledge base through standards and benchmarking
