Key Responsibilities
Drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and needs
Deliver product demonstrations and assist customers with proofs of value (POVs) to drive success
Interface with support, customer success, and professional services teams to ensure customers are proficient in the product
Required Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer
Solid understanding of the technical sales process
Expertise in Cloud and related technologies
Experience balancing multiple customers while achieving positive outcomes
History of success working directly with end users
