Job Title : Sr. Paralegal

Location : 4 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003

Duration : 6-month contract (option to extend)

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Rate : $60–$70 / hr (W2)

Schedule : Onsite (transitioning to hybrid after 2 months) | Monday–Friday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Must-Have Requirements :

• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in drafting discovery responses, discovery demands, and various types of motions
• Experience in New York Insurance Defense Litigation; well-versed in New York Practice
• Proficiency in good faith letter writing

Job Description :

The Sr. Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and managing document production. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in New York civil litigation and familiarity with e-filing systems and case management software.
